  • ✔ Expectant mothers or anyone with severe backache or other complicated health issues must avoid participating in the activity.<br />
  • ✔ We don’t provide pickup and drop-off facilities from the airport.<br />
  • ✔ Pick from other locations except Deira, Bur Dubai, Marina, and Sheikh Zayed.<br />
  • ✔ Alcohol or other entertainment won’t be available during Ramadan.<br />
  • ✔ The transfer timings can be modified (30 to 60 minutes) depending on the traffic conditions in your area.</p>

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • ✔ <p>If you cancel the trip 24 hours before the scheduled activity, no charges will be applied.<br />
  • ✔ Upon canceling the trip within 24 hours, you have to pay a 100% cancellation charge.<br />
  • ✔ Your refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within 7 days (if you are eligible).</p>

Child Policy

  • ✔ <p>Kids under 3 are considered infants and don’t have to pay anything.<br />
  • ✔ Kids between 3-10 are considered children and have to pay the child rate.<br />
  • ✔ Kids above 10 are considered adults and have to pay the full charge.</p>
