• You must carry a valid proof of your identity. Please note that PAN cards aren’t accepted as ID proofs.
• The tickets aren’t transferable and are meant for one-time use. Neither can they be replaced or exchanged with tickets for any other attraction.
• Entry for children below the age of 3 is free and a complimentary ticket shall have to be collected from the customer service desk.
• The last entries are allowed till an hour before the park closes.

The AYA Universe can be located on the WAFI City Mall’s first floor.

By Metro – The Green Line metro will take you directly to the Dubai Healthcare Station. Get down and exit the station. Start walking towards the WAFI City Mall and within six to seven minutes you will reach your destination.

By Car – If you are driving to the location, you can reach the WAFI City Mall directly and park your car in the mall’s parking area. Alternatively, you can take a taxi to reach the location.

By Private Transfer – Optional private transfers are also available with us and you can book from us.
