  • ✔ Anyone visiting 15 minutes after the activity has begun will be held as a no-show and won’t be allowed to participate.<br />
  • ✔ The mentioned time on the activity voucher is the check-in time and not the activity time.<br />
  • ✔ Six people are allowed to join at a time.<br />

Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • ✔ <p>Any cancellations attempted before 72 hours of the scheduled activity will be done for free with a full refund.<br />
  • ✔ If you cancel the bookings between 72 and 24 hours, a 50% cancellation charge will be levied.<br />
  • ✔ A 100% cancellation charge will be levied upon canceling the bookings within 24 hours of the scheduled activity.<br />
  • ✔ The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within seven business days (if eligible).<br />
  • ✔ Rescheduling is allowed before 24 hours of the scheduled activity.</p>
