- ✔ The boat rides begin 15 minutes before the fountain show and are unavailable for rescheduling.<br />
- ✔ Carry some adequate clothing as the evenings can get a little chilly.<br />
- ✔ Booking is valid only for the selected date and time.<br />
- ✔ Tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged of any kind.<br />
- ✔ Adults must accompany their children throughout the ride.<br />
- ✔ Outside foods and drinks are prohibited during the Abra ride.<br />
- ✔ The pick-up will be arranged from the Dubai Hotel or residencies– Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed and Marina.<br />
- ✔ If any attraction is non-operational for technical reasons, the service provider holds no responsibility.<br />
- ✔ Large bags are not allowed for the ride but guests can keep them in the secure baggage area that is located near the entrance.<br />
